Once your nutritive needs are met, your brain will be in a position to do what it’s supposed to as a machine. It will have all it needs to do the tasks you require of it.
Now you must address what those tasks should be and how you want to go about implementing them.
I’m here to tell you that the way you think and the topics you choose to think on are both partially to blame for your bipolar being present.
It’s not just genetics or chemical imbalances or anything in the solid realm. It’s also a software and program kind of a thing.
In many different ways, most of which are subconscious, you have thought your way into bipolar
I realized this and began searching for a way to retrain how I thought. After massive trial and error, I found Bill Harris of Centerpointe.
Bill’s life story was similar to mine and I liked his style of speaking and writing. So I looked deeper into his work. I now know I never would have become as well as I have today without his help.
I can’t go too deep into this because we’re discussing the brain and that is a universe of material to cover. So here are the Cliff Notes:
One side of the brain is usually doing most of the work
This imbalance is called brain lateralization. It is unhealthy and causes chaos in our lives and most everyone on the planet is walking around in this state. One side of the brain is hollering and one side is meekly quiet. Problem is, both sides have unique jobs to fulfill, so one’s being overdone and one isn’t getting done at all. This equates to stress, personality disorders, and a general missing of the point to life completely.
There are four (key) levels to brainwave activity
Most of us are stuck in the highest level, beta, and it’s like holding the gas pedal to the floor while in first gear. We are burning alive with aimless energy and activity, none of which brings us any closer to the lives we deserve. Our “fight or flight” hormone system is in a constant state of high alert, or actual use, and this physically destroys us inside. We need to access the slower frequencies and have all four frequencies working harmoniously, rather than any one frequency dominating our day.
We all operate with a set of rules we developed as children to keep us safe within an adult world
But now we’re adults and these child-based rules no longer make sense. They’re wrong for the adult decisions we must make. This situation is subconscious and we usually can’t recognize the problem because we’re too busy living it. As adults, we need to become aware that this is happening and then make a new set of rules.
We mostly function in a reactionary state of being
Life always seems to happen to us. Nothing is our fault. It’s life. Who can control life? Well, we all can to an extent. We are responsible for ourselves. If life’s not working out, no matter how horrific the circumstances, it’s your own doing. This is not a judgment but a message of hope. This way of thinking can be turned around. You can change your life for the better!
Our habits are destroying us
We all need new habits. Much, if not most of what we do in a day, is directed by our habits. We think we have to do a thing a certain way, as that’s the way we’ve always done it. So, the challenge simply becomes one of testing the validity of that one way of doing that one thing. Ask yourself, “Is doing it this way bringing me closer to what I want or further away from it?” If the answer is “further away” then you need to take a close and hard look at that particular action. Then see if there’s a new way to do it that turns your answer into “closer to what I want”. Healthy habits equal a healthy life and no bipolar.
We are operating far below our potential
Our brains are waiting for us to give them the Real Jobs, the tasks they were designed to do, and they can do far more than you’d ever realize. We live this way out of fear and/or ignorance. But I’d wager that it’s more fear than anything. Once you’ve lived long enough, you know when the “little voice” is making a good point but you’re not sure you’re up to the task. So you ignore it or rationalize away your need to act on what the little voice is so desperately trying to get you to do, in order to stay safe and comfortable. C’mon. Think about it. How many times – after everything’s gone to shit – have we all said, “I should have listened to the little voice!”
We are open systems
We interact with all around us. We take in energy and dump it in another way. When this energy intake is too big, we need a new way to deal with it all. If we don’t, we crash. This crash is sometimes in the form of bipolar. But if we learn how to dissipate the greater amount of energy – improve our tolerance for more – we can evolve to a higher state of being and the extra energy no longer hurts. We now can comfortably handle it. Holosync helps this transformation to a higher tolerance level take place.
Most of us look at everything as either/or

None of us is separate from each other or any other thing in existence
Everything affects everything else. This sensation that we are all alone and the isolation this causes produces anxiety and depression, etc. Nothing is separate. We are all units inside one large working machine called life. This is not New Age or pseudo-science. It is simple fact. For example: does the bee need the flower or does the flower need the bee? Every single thing has an effect on every other single thing. When you learn this and accept it, your view of life expands and opportunities that have always been right in front of you make themselves clear. Your life improves drastically.
Your subconscious will grab you by the throat!
If your brain is trying to tell you something and you are ignoring it, it will punish you in an attempt to wake you up and have you act on its message. Your subconscious already knows the best path for you, but you can’t hear it over the noise from the blathering conscious, your ego. Your ego is not YOU. Your ego is whom you think you are, a construct of ideas you believe help you best navigate through life, and this is causing your bipolar as well. The real you is fighting to be heard.
Personal evolution plays a HUGE part in all this
We see the world from whatever perspective of development we have currently attained. A child believes in magic but adults normally do not. Your level of awareness will grow with Holosync and it will morph how you look at all of life. Don’t worry. This is a good thing!
