How insanely impossible did that come across? Yes, much of your life is NOT OK right now or you wouldn’t even be reading this guidebook. I know that. Bipolar hurts and is scary and everything friggin’ sucks.
That was the polite way of putting it.
I must admit, this step is actually a long-term goal. You most definitely are not OK right now, but that is something I am going to help you to change. I am going to achieve this by helping you focus on all the information Bill Harris has to share.
Centerpointe again, yes.
My friend, please understand. Your mind is a universe unto itself. It is an entire world made up of countless more worlds, all stuffed between your ears.
You MUST begin to understand how powerful your own mind is in its ability to repair itself!
Think, for a moment, about how much pain your mind has been able to bring to you. It’s a phenomenal amount, right?
Well, you will eventually learn how to take this awesome force that is your mind, and make it give you just as much joy or peace, in the same amounts as the pain it is currently providing you.
You already have it in you to get the kind of life you want and to shed these terrible symptoms of bipolar. My earlier steps (excluding the Centerpointe step, of course) are all mechanical and housekeeping-type stuff.
Important and critical, and they provide that solid foundation from which we begin the real work, but now we have reached “the real work” step.
Even bipolar is part of something you were either meant to experience, or you have forced upon yourself via your own life choices up to this point.
Maybe you were meant to learn something else entirely but kept skirting past it, ignoring your subconscious when it tried to get you to do the right thing.
This then led you further down the wrong paths in life, and the darker tangents off these wrongly picked paths.
The subconscious will only be ignored for so long then, it will begin to assert itself
It does this in a punishing fashion to get you to wake up to your real purpose in life.
I have no clue what that might be for you, but I do know it involves your utilization of the very best parts of you, in a way that makes life better for all around you. All of us, in fact.
Sounds far out maybe but I don’t care if you think that. I’m not trying to convert your religious beliefs or anything. This is more basic than that.
You have a problem and it is in your power to fix it, or at least manage it better than you are now.
I’m not trying to lay a guilt trip on you, either. We ALL do this to ourselves, and any number of a variety of problems arises for all of us until we get the bigger point.
Bipolar is just a particularly poignant problem that involves a lot more work than most to survive. Lucky us.
But the thing is, you are here now, and that is that. Now move forward with the understanding that you will do better because you are AWARE.
Most people stumble through life UN-aware
Some suffer quietly forever, never knowing they were so close to doing better, if they’d only tried. Others start to hurt, go about fixing the hurt all wrong, and never get the true problem fixed, even though they work a lifetime with all their might to do so.
Then there is you and me.
We know we got ourselves here or we understand this was put upon us to learn something great from it.
Knowing that allows us to proceed with an expanded awareness and perception of life that others do not possess. This fact is what is going to make us able to get some sort of good from this problem of bipolar, and stand a high chance of cutting its pain from our lives to boot.
I did. You can too.
To what degree will you experience relief? I don’t know. But just understanding your enemy and position in life, better than ever before, is the opening of one of those doors I mentioned earlier.
And this door can lead to feeling healthy again and then accelerating forward into a quality of life you never dreamed possible.
I can easily see how this may seem too far-fetched, radical, or maybe even ridiculous to you. I would hope not but it wouldn’t really shock me if you did. This is a lot to swallow if you’ve never delved into this type of thinking.
“Quite the little cheerleader for Centerpointe, this guy, Ken.”
Yep. But only because I know it works and I still use it today to continue evolving my life into an ever- closer version of what I’d always hoped it could be.
The longer I use Holosync and learn from Bill, the more my version of what I really want my life to be evolves as well. It’s a trip! Every day a mini-adventure!
Don’t worry, don’t judge, keep an open mind, and remember, if you knew of a better way out of your bipolar pain, I’d assume you’d already have been using it.
Action Plan for Step 7:
Understand that your life is just as it should be, pain and all, but that you can now improve it.
Through the consistent use of your Holosync CDs and the consistent researching into all that Bill has to say, you will become capable of accepting more of your life as it is. This will allow you to then evolve in the healthiest fashion possible.
This is a long-term goal and will probably be impossible to even attempt, until some stabilization has set in from using the rest of my steps.
I understand fully how this may seem unreal or flat out stupid
I was once right where you are now. Don’t sweat it and know that no one is trying to brainwash you, or convert you, or feed you KoolAid from a community bowl.
This is really just a matter of deeper comprehension of life than you have ever considered. You’re going to learn to dig way on down inside yourself to find your own answers. Bill simply points the way.
This is spiritual, but not religious.
Keep going to church, temple, or nothing at all, if that’s what you believe. None of that will be challenged by doing what I ask here.As hard as it may be to believe, you will become OK with your life no matter what…eventually. It takes time.
