How hard is it to do the right things?
The things we know or feel will help us succeed at whatever it is we find most important?
The answer probably involves an F-Bomb or two for most of us, right?
OK. There’s a simple reason for this that is normally very hard to fix.
Allow me to explain why this is so hard and why that fact will soon lose its power over you.
It’s all habits. Little autopilots in our heads that are running most of our day. Some are great. Some…not so much.
We didn’t consciously build most of them. So what grows a negative habit?
We’re hardwired to do things however we’re currently doing them. Literally.
Neurons are permanently linked in your brain to get you wherever you’ve told yourself you need to go with the least effort possible.
They’ve set themselves in place and then auto fire whenever the scene appears that requires their unique response. You don’t have to think about it. Saves you energy.
And we’re running outdated software that once served our needs but no longer does.
Beliefs you have from childhood, drive the formation of these neuron sets and make sure they always get built the same way, for the same reason, in order to keep your inner child safe.
These two things can be safely undone
And, more than you might realize, you desperately NEED them to come undone.

- You need to make lifestyle changes in order to have a new life. That’s the simple part.
- You need to change your habits in order for these changes to take effect. That’s the hard part.

Not so much easy. Just less effort.
You’re going to have to work in the sense that your chiropractor will teach you how to understand your own body better.
And you’re going to have to work on letting go of the horseshit that just isn’t doing you a damn bit of good.
We all carry our own bucketful of said shit.
After the comms system is set up and the dropping of bad habits is underway, you’ll be able to go shopping for a new set of habits.
You will instinctively know what those should be. And you will unconsciously desire them like no other time before in your life.
It won’t be a struggle to do well
It will be solid and it will be real.
It will be YOU in agreement with YOU.
Probably for the first time in your life. Watch who you become!
