The fight for my future turned when I discovered NSA.
This type of chiropractic care teaches you to develop a conversation between your body and your mind.
They hear one another. They understand what each needs from the other.
You come to understand how your pain, feelings and memories are all driving one another and how they can be used to bring you great peace and life satisfaction.
You become empowered
You’ll notice throughout this site that I heavily reference Bill Harris and Centerpointe for having helped save my mind.
Totally true. NSA just got added after the fact.
The two systems do the same thing but with key differences:
- Mode of approach
- And perspective on trauma
They use much of the same language and are after the same end result: Getting in touch with your pain to heal it.
However, if I had to choose, I’d find an NSA doc first.
Why? Well, they’re chiropractors. They don’t just offer personal growth and healing potential.
They also offer pain relief! That makes ’em a two-fer-one sort of deal.
And they are a hands-on guide through the forest of your traumas. Working with them involves less faith and personal strength to endure. For some people, they need this level of attention to get the Wellness Train moving.
But NSA docs are hard to find. So, you may be “forced” to begin your healing journey with Centerpointe.
In the end, it doesn’t matter. They both get you to the same place, just with different cars. You’re winning either way.
How Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) Helped Me Change My Story
Physical Well Being
You can’t pursue a better story line when you feel sick and weak or tight and in pain.
Stress
You can’t get a damn thing done, and you’ll probably do some bad things instead, if you don’t defuse your inner Hulk.
Overall Quality of Life
Happiness is a bad thing to chase. Effective living that leads to a sense of fulfillment is far better.
Lifestyle Changes
How hard is it to do the things that’ll make life better? The answer probably involves an F-Bomb or two for most of us, right?
Life Enjoyment
When you’re too wrapped up in your own shit – too focused on YOU – life just passes you by.
Emotional and Psychological Well Being
Now we’re entering Kenny’s wheelhouse! The mind. The lobes. The rooting about in the subconscious muck. The chasing of the Zen.
