“Trust in your Gut.” How many times have you heard that in a movie, read it in a story or even been told it by someone in whom you trust?
Have you ever stopped to think what that actually means?
There are a number of scientific discoveries that could further school you in how this “saying” is a provable, biological fact. A reality about our bodies that shows our guts “think.”
But let’s keep it on the surface for now. Trusting in your gut is one way to keep yourself safe or to bring yourself great benefits. It’s how you decide what to do when the answer’s not so obvious.
You go with what you feel is the best way to go. You do it now, plenty of times in a day or week, without giving it much thought, probably.
But what if you could develop this “fuzzy” skill into a powerhouse tool for success in all areas of your life?
This ability to feel what is the right way to go, long before you can make sense of it, judge it, or argue its correctiveness within the context of whatever’s going down, is what often saves your hide when there is no time for doing those things.
Sometimes you just have to act!
But placing these snap-bang moments aside, there are plenty of times in a day when you have all the time you need to think of the right answer but your head gets in the way. Makes finding the answer harder than it has to be. Throws in self doubt. Or goes to the other end of the ego scale, and gets you so full of yourself that your mouth writes a check your butt can’t cash.
Everything in that last paragraph is what happens when the loud part of you, which is weak, opinionated and often wrong, overshouts the quiet part of you that usually knows best and sees opportunities your ego-driven mind cannot.
Not to crap all over your conscious mind either. It’s simply doing what it feels is best for your survival too. Problem is, it’s got a slanted viewpoint. It’s biased and not all your biases are healthy.
The way to fix this problem is to get these two pieces of you in a sit down conversation with one another
NSA does this by putting you in touch with your body. Makes your conscious mind aware of this physical thought center in your body. Opens the lines of communication between the two.
Your conscious mind, with all its best intentions for your survival, has a limited view of the world. It has rules it operates by that you built a long time ago, forgot why, and have forgotten exist.
Sometimes your conscious decision making process is in the wrong. But your gut has no such problem choosing which way to go when it really matters – if you could only “hear” it.
Reorganizational Healing develops in us a sense of trust in what seems to be a tiny voice but is actually one of the kings of our personal domain.
You should trust your inner voice. Your guts are usually spot-on correct! They are a more intelligent part of your makeup and you need to know what they’re telling you. We will help you tune into this voice.
It’s going to happen by default, in part. As you progress through the levels of NSA care, certain improvements will take place that allow you to start hearing your inner voice again.
And in some areas, we are going to directly assist you in making contact with it. We’ll help you to help yourself. And that is another important point that bears repeating:
We, your chiropractors, will not DO anything for you. YOU will do the doing! We are just the guides
You have power beyond measure. You have strength beyond comprehension, right inside you. You can create miracles, just like the heroes you may admire, who are no different than you underneath it all.
They’re usually just people who’ve done a great job of hearing that inner voice and letting it lead the way in some, or many, important situations in life – big or small. The end result is often what people would term a “heroic” life.
We are going to put you in touch with these hidden aspects of your self and you will do the rest on your own! You will hear that inner voice, understand it, trust it and act on what it says more often.
Wait’ll you see what happens to you then!
