I can see the Big Picture clear as day, in any setting. This is where a big part of my project-oriented mindset comes from.
My ever thinking Mind connects to my ever ready Throat, allowing me to both see the order of things and speak it out in a way that makes sense to the team.
I’m also quite persuasive, especially if the project interests me a lot.
Another interesting aspect of this defined Organizer Channel is my ability to see all sides of the stories involved, allowing me to clarify other people’s intentions to those who may be against them.
I’ve seen this crop up in my life, time and time again, when I’m working with someone who gets mad at another. They can’t understand how the other person could be so (fill in the blank).
In a word, I’m great at diplomacy.
In another word, I’m great at arbitration. I like to help both sides see the other party’s side, in order to resolve the larger issue.
This has mostly come about as a way for me to improve my day. When all around me are in dispute, the larger mission stalls. This usually creates pain in my life.
I readily take it upon myself to calm everyone at the table, reposition/reword the argument for better comprehension, and help find the improved middle ground.
Crazy as it would seem to those who knew the Old Me, I am often the voice of reason.
What I’ve found is that this allows people to destress about an issue, bringing improvement to their lives too! You just can’t fucking think straight when you’re all twisted up.
I like untwisting things.
Ironically, as so much of this information has turned out to be, I am much better at untwisting those who come to me than I am myself.
Although I’ve untwisted a substantial amount of myself in certain areas.
