Gotta smile. Let’s explain why with a painfully worn out cliche of a quote.
Still with us? OK. Here we go:
“Never sweat the small stuff and it’s ALL small stuff.”
Your writer fervently wishes there was a craftier way to begin this post; a pithier intro bolstered with more wit and creative effort than that but…the thing simply does the job.
When your head’s right, the World’s a bit easier to maneuver
A little better but let’s move on. There’s a handful of ways this has meaning within the NSA realm of care:
- When you’re in pain, all your problems become magnified
- When you’re hanging on to trauma inside your body, it lends itself to a defensive way of thinking – you’re more easily upset
- When your spine is out of alignment, energy is not flowing to the parts of you that need it to better handle life’s woes
- When your mind and heart are disconnected from all your other pieces, you lose valuable feedback from those areas that could be used to make healthier, more effective lifestyle choices
- Without NSA and Reorganizational Healing, you can’t see the lies you live the way the fish can’t see the water
- Living without addressing all of the above causes you to be a person others avoid, to one degree or another, and you seem to have “bad luck” or too many missed opportunities
Those are all important enough, and depending on your knowledge of what we offer, possibly vague enough that we should dig a little deeper into each:
Constant back, neck or hip pain would take the shine off of all else in a day
I doubt we need to expand on that one too much. Stub your toe and the fact that the toilet seat was left up…again…is enough to cause a low level firestorm of rage to bloom in the bathroom. But really – the toilet seat is all it takes? Well, yes, when constant pain is in your life. So, let’s get rid of that.
There are things we keep within us only because they were TOO big to deal with when they first hit
Sometimes, we get physically injured and there is some left over damage that never quite finished healing or it sets in motion an ailment within us that we can never seem to beat.
The events that caused these traumas are sometimes so brutal in nature that there is also a psychic aspect to them. There is a mental memory of the event that hurt us so bad at the time, that it’s stored right in there or in another area of our body, causing us pain on top of the physical trauma.
And other times, we endure mental blows, emotional attacks, or ego-brusing events so hideous or relentless in their regular occurrence that we just “swallowed” them whole and now they live within us as some festering, twisted ache or cancer that we don’t dare touch.
All of these things can understandably lead you to being someone very interested in protecting yourself form any further hurt. So much so, that the slightest provocation from the world – anything that makes you even the littlest bit uncomfortable – causes you to overreact in some negative fashion.
When the bones in your back are not correctly stacked, you attack
Very simple: your spine contains the wires that carry news from all parts of your body to your brain. This enables you to safely, efficiently and proactively respond to the world in a way that brings you more of what you want in life.
If the spine is out of alignment, those bones can pinch the nerves they surround. When the nerves get pinched, just like a kinked water hose, nothing gets through.
The interesting thing here is not even the most obvious facts that may occur to you as you read. The less obvious fact is that there is knowledge hiding in other cells of your body that you can use to better your life, even in the face of your much larger troubles. But you can’t access it due to the pinch.
Think we’re coming from too far out in Left Field? What’s in DNA? Data. Knowledge! And butt loads of it too. Where is DNA? In every single cell of your body.
Your ability to think is contained within every cell of your body. Proven scientific fact. Read Candace Pert’s work
If you spine is out of alignment, you can’t receive messages from other parts of your body to the key decision makers: the head and the heart.
The same way you can’t always feel pain due to a blocked signal, you also can’t get news from the outlying areas to your command post. The General is operating blind.
ALL of your body thinks on how to make life better for you. You need to be hearing from all the districts before passing judgment on some critical decision in your head or heart. Your body is a democracy and everybody’s vote counts, in this case.
You’re probably not going to develop any clearly defined ability to hear or read this information. It talks to you on a subconscious level and it comes out of you as intuition. Your gut plays a big part in this too but that’s for another article.
NSA and Reorganizational Healing will reestablish your lines of communication and you’ll be able to hear from all your scouts again. Good Intel makes for more wisely executed plans.
You’re kidding yourself
We all are, most of the time. Every one of us operates on a set of rules we designed in our youth. This rule set kept us as safe as we could possibly figure in a world run by Grown Ups.
We still follow this program into adulthood and it directs all we do…except we no longer know it’s there. Like driving a car, after awhile you no longer have to think about it to do it.
But these rules were made for kids. And we are now adults. Not gonna work. Doesn’t work. But as adults, we come up with adult-like reasons for why things don’t go our way, and to be fair, we really don’t know about this hidden rule set. This causes us frustration.
NSA will put you back in contact with this part of your thinking, make it known, and then you can change it out for better rules. FAR less will bother you then!
“I don’t know what’s up with her but don’t invite her to the party.”
People know when there’s something “off” about another person. You do too, right? You know when you meet someone that you’d rather avoid. And there are levels to it from mild annoyance to vague disgust and all the way up to seething hatred.
Let’s handle the low end of the scale for now.
When you don’t feel right about you; when you are unsure about your life; when you lean toward the negative in your mind, even though you remain pleasant on the surface, people know it.
They won’t hate you, ignore you, avoid you, or any of that. They may very well enjoy your company. But at critical times, when you need them to go one way or another to better your life, they won’t.
It’s a quiet shut out. One they most assuredly do not know they are doing. It’s their subconscious talking to your subconscious and the talk is not good. So you’re skipped over.
And this becomes a pattern you can see with your eyes and feel in your heart. And you’d like it to end. You know something – you don’t know what – is up with you and that it’s holding you back. We know what it is and we’ll help you to remove it from your life.
